Trump Campaign to Focus More Attention On Attacking Elizabeth Warren

Elizabeth Warren
By Robert Wenzel

Trump aides and their allies at the Republican National Committee, who initially believed their money and manpower were better focused elsewhere, are digging up opposition research, deploying camera-wielding trackers, and preparing to brand Elizabeth Warren as a liberal extremist. The reassessment of Warren, was confirmed in conversations with more than a half-dozen Trump advisers, reports Politico.

The Trump team — including the president himself — had been focused almost exclusively on Joe Biden to this point. But Warren’s recent polling climb now has them thinking she could pose a serious threat in a general election. Warren’s disciplined style, populist-infused speeches, and perceived ability to win over suburban female voters, Trump advisers concede, has raised concerns, notes Politico.

This new focus of the Trump campaign is good news. Out of the entire crazed Democratic pack, Warren is by far the most dangerous lefty. The others mouth lefty platitudes and would be no good for the country but Warren is smart, creative and extremely focused on bringing radical rule to the White House.

I would take any other current presidential contenders, as bad as they are, over Warren.

I was simply shocked that she was able to attract a crowd of 6,500 in Oakland. To be sure Oakland and the surrounding area is lefty but this should be Kamala Harris country. She was born in Oakland. And it is just difficult to bring out that size crowd without major underlying support.

This indicates Warren is somehow resonating with the masses and apparently has an organization in place to get turnout, not only in Oakland but across the country.

Indeed, whatever she is doing, it is working, the latest CBS News/YouGov Battleground Tracker survey, conducted May 31 to June 12, said Joe Biden had the backing of 31 percent of Democratic primary voters in 18 key early-voting states.

But Elizabeth Warren (17 percent) is now in second place ahead of Bernie Sanders (16 percent) and Kamala Harris (10 percent).

Not good. As president, she would be the second coming of FDR---on steroids.
