NBC10 Boston reported that Pence was scheduled to land in Manchester, New Hampshire, at around 11:25 a.m., but that his plane, Air Force 2, was turned around.
Pence's spokeswoman, Alyssa Farah, tweeted that "something came up that required the @VP to remain in Washington, DC. It's no cause for alarm."
No cause for alarm seems to indicate that there is no threat or concern about President Trump.
