UPDATE: Per @NYGovCuomo, the girls that @joshrobin saw outside an East Harlem foster services provider early this morning are part of the approximately 2,000 kids separated from parents on the southern border recently.
Question: what are these "parents" doing dragging their children through the deserts of northern Mexico? How do we know they are not child traffickers?
