Rahmaland Murders Up 72% in First Quarter of 2016; Shootings Up 88%

Chicago has seen 141 murders this year, compared with 82  murders at the same point last year. Police reported 677 shootings this year compared with 359 at the same point last year.

The city has one of the strictest gun laws in the country.

Government protection is largely a myth.

USA Today reports, police said the disturbing rise in violence is driven by gangs and  mostly contained to a handful of pockets on the city's South and West sides.

Like you would in a Private Property Society, you just stay out of areas where nutjobs roam.
