Former Pennsylvania Republican Sen. Rick Santorum ran such an uninteresting campaign that this is almost too boring to report, but for the few of few that may have noticed he was in the race, yes it is true, he is dropping out.
CNN reports that he is expected to make the announcement tonight. His decision comes following an eleventh-place finish in the Iowa caucuses earlier this week. Santorum won Iowa in 2012.
