Rand Paul: Power in the Wrong Hands is a Dangerous Thing

“This is one of the defining issues of 2016, changing the trajectory of the balance of power. Power in the wrong hands is a dangerous thing, I am the only one pledging to return power to the states and above all else will protect and defend the Constitution of the United States,” Rand  told Breitbart News.

No Rand.

Government power centers wherever they are located are dangerous things--at any geographical level.

It is not who is in charge of the powers centers, the problem is that government power centers themselves exist.

This is a totally unacceptable message to deliver from a libertarian perspective.

I don't want to be ruled over by Barrack Obama or Jerry Brown and I am sure that the libertarians of New Jersey aren't happy being ruled over by Chris Christie nor NYC libertarians by Bill deBlasio.

  3. Must be a slow day. Granted that every anarchist believes that no government is the goal, but certainly there is some justification for favoring smaller government centers of control over larger ones. A belief so common I don't feel impelled to explain the reasoning.
