As I reported earlier this week, Rand Paul has dumped Mike Rothfeld (Attention All Libertarians, Your Inboxes No Longer Under Attack: Rand Paul's Top Spammer Fired) as his email manager,

That was the good news. The bad news is that it appears Rand has replaced Rothfeld with the direct mail manager for Mitch McConnell and also the Republican National Committee, The Lukens Company.

Lukens also counts among its clients Lamar Alexander, John McCain, the National Republican Congressional Committee and the National Republican Senatorial Committee.
