LAPD Cops Shoot Man in Wheelchair with Bean Bag Rounds and a Taser

Earlier this month, three rounds with a bean bag gun and a taser were deployed by LAPD against a man in a wheelchair.

According to LAPD Cmdr. Andrew Smith, the man in the wheelchair, Christopher Adam Zareck, 43, swung a pole at police when they tried to take him into custody. Ten coppers can be seen in response---to the man in a wheelchair,
