Wow, Senator Tecd Cruz is the first presidential candidate that gets it: That in the Donald Trump period you have to look tough.
Forget the specifics of the issues raised, Cruz is good on some positions and terrible on others, but this is a major league attack on the Senate majority leader from a member of his own party!
