Do you see a pattern here? Mark Skousen, head of Freedom Fest, invites "freedom loving" Donald Trump to speak at this event. Mark Skousen, then president of FEE, invites "freedom loving" Rudy Giuliani to speak at an event put on by that group. I favor Big Tent libertarianism, but, wow!

Mark Skousen was one of several pseudo-libertarians who thought (or at least wanted to convince others to believe) that Rand’s moves of compromise were brilliant political strategy; this from three years ago:
