  2. We live in a post constitution era where the line of reasoning by the Supreme Court justices is incomprehensible, except when you accept the idea that they are leading us towards a society with deep, and pervasive control of every aspect of human existence.

  3. Justin!! The GAY AVENGER!!
He's absolutely right (as usual). Nobody's business but their own.
Like RP said, get the Gummint out of marriage. If you want joint property, draw up a contract. No need to bring GOD into it.
Likewise if you want to engage in a sacrament of religion, no need to bring Uncle into THAT.
Whatever happened to "separation of Church and State"?

    1. Justin's wonderful indeed. Government has already ruined straight marriage with no-fault divorce and its involvement here will likely make a mess as well. Hopefully he stays strong and sticks to his guns in the face of the mob unlike a certain other avenger we all know.

  4. I wonder how long it will be before the first gay man (or lesbian woman) will curse their ex-spouse and the damn justice system for making him/her pay alimony out the nose. Welcome to marriage, guys.

  5. My feelings exactly. My marriage doesn't need government approval.

The gay community will regret this.
