From CBS San Francisco:
Minutes after the crash, police say thieves approached the driver of the truck and demanded his wallet. The suspects also stole the cyclist’s wallet while he lay unconscious in the street.
“People wait for accidents to happen and they pounce,” one nearby resident who did not want to be identified told KPIX 5.Is it safe to say that parts of Oakland have not yet bought into NAP? Will they march against this urban primitive violence? I think not.
