Watch Live Broadcast of Iranian Health Official Claiming the Wuhan Coronavirus is Under Control in the Country Just Before He Tests Positive for the Virus

Iran's efforts to contain the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) are the weakest and least consistent.

In the clip below, you see Iran's deputy health minister Iraj Harirchi and government spokesman Ali Rabiei giving a briefing on COVID-19 breakout in Iran.

 At the news conference in Tehran, Harirchi  said that "the [virus] situation is almost stable in the country." He is clearly sweating profusely during the press conference and the following day it was announced he has tested positive for COVID-19.
