Getting Demonetized By Google and Spotting Mass Shooters

For the record: My Target Liberty  mobile front page was demonetized for awhile by Google Adsense.

According to the notice I received, it was because of "shocking content."

I appealed and the demonetization was reversed. Here is a copy of the reversal email I received:

I have no idea what caused Google Adsense to trigger my mobile front page (It's the same copy as the desktop version) but I bring this up because President Trump wants social media to detect mass shooters before they commit crimes.

Recode reports:
After mass shootings in both Dayton, Ohio, and El Paso, Texas, this weekend, President Donald Trump called on government organizations as well as social media companies to “develop tools that can detect mass shooters before they strike.”

Social media platforms like Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter are already detecting and deleting terrorist content. What’s new is that Trump’s statement specifically called for them to work “in partnership” with the Department of Justice and law enforcement agencies.
So a Google algorithm, or whatever, spots Target Liberty as a site with "shocking contact" which is manually reversed and Trump wants to use these type algorithms (or whatever) to apparently spot pre-crime that is to be reported to the government.

This is a shock to me. But where do I report real shock when the government is involved?

What kind of harassment will a person ID's by an algorithm go through?  And who sets the parameters of the algorithms?
