Early Poll: Biden at the Front of a Very Large Democratic Pack

Former Vice President Joe Biden tops the list in the first CNN/Des Moines Register/Mediacom poll among likely 2020 Democratic caucusgoers.
The new Iowa Poll finds 32% of likely caucusgoers saying they back Biden as their first choice, 19% Sanders, 11% O'Rourke, 8% Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren, 5% California Sen. Kamala Harris, with the rest of the 20-person field testing below 5% support.

The Iowa "first in the nation" caucus will be held on Feb. 3, 2020.

It is still very early but Biden, if he could somehow beat Trump, would be terrible on almost all issues but would probably calm the masses and slow an extreme socialist move left and we would also get back some of the libertarian hate the state swagger that is now suffocated by Trump.

Biden would be 78 just weeks after the November 2020 presidential election.

  1. It's funny how he and Sanders are old, white men whom the Democrats don't tag with the "white male privilege" pejorative. It's almost like there's a double standard.

    1. Double standard is covered in the manual they hand out when you start working for the swamp. No one really reads it.
