What Happened at the Russian Embassy Last Night?

For the record. Filmmaker Ford Fischer posted the below last night. According to Fischer, “Secret Service and CSI [crime scene investigators] / MPD are outside Russian Embassy on Wisconsin Avenue. Reason unclear. Ambulance was present but left before I began filming.”

The Russian embassy is located about four miles from the White House.
