General Kelly Just Fired a Person Ranked Two Intersectionallity Levels Above Him

On Wednesday, the White House Director of Communications for the Office of Public Liaison, Omarosa Manigault, was fired by President Trump's chief-of-staff, General John F. Kelly.

This does not register as a sharp move by the General.

Omarosa ranks two intersectionality levels above him and she once
worked for Al Gore when he was vice-president. Putting her on the outside in fury with a midterm election year upcoming is just dumb.

If she is a problem, you change her title and put her in charge of the White House garden in the winter and White House snow clearance in the summer but as the late Edward Bennett Williams once put it, you keep everybody pissing from inside the tent in an outward direction.

This high-ranking intersectionalist has provided us a hint of how things are going to go in 2018. She has already triggered a White House alarm trying to get to the White House residence to speak to Trump personally about the firing and  Real Politic reports:
Dismissed Trump aide Omarosa Manigault gave an explosive exit interview to Good Morning America on Thursday...

GMA host Michael Strahan asked her to explain reports that she was distressed with President Trump's reaction to Charlottesville and his public support of Roy Moore. Manigault said she has to be "very careful" about her response because, according to her, "I have to go back and work with these individuals [until January 20th]."

"I have to be very careful about how I answer this but there were a lot of things that I observed during the last year that I was very unhappy with, that I was very uncomfortable with, things that I observed, that I heard, that I listened to," she said.

However, in true reality show fashion, Omarosa teased she has a "story to tell" and she will do so when she officially leaves the White House.

"But when I have a chance to tell my story to tell -- quite a story -- as the only African-American woman in this White House, as a senior staff and assistant to the president, I have seen things that have made me uncomfortable, that have upset me, that have affected me deeply and emotionally, that has affected my community and my people and when I can tell my story, it is a profound story that I know the world will want to hear," Omarosa promised.
Trump's response? He sent her a blowoff tweet:
Thank you Omarosa for your service! I wish you continued success.
