THE CIA MEMO: Harvard's Ties to The CIA

Harvard's relationship with the CIA has been so extensive that in 1977, Harvard published a report outlining its relationship with the fomenters of global unrest. The report also included guidelines for faculty interaction.

Naturally, Harvard forwarded a copy of the report to the then-CIA general counsel Anthony Abbot Lapham.
