WOW Trump's CIA Chief: Wikileaks Acts Like a Hostile Intelligence Service

Mike Pompeo, the new CIA chief appointed by President Trump, is laying into both Edward Snowden and Julian Assange in a speech he is delivering now.

He is very focused on Assange and said that Wikileaks acts "like a hostile intelligence service."

This is a developing story, Return to this post for updates.

UPDATE

This is brutal.

CIA Director Pompeo commenting on Wikileaks during a speech at the Center for Strategic and International Studies:

  1. That's right, Pompeo: Snowden and Wikileaks are hostile to you, just like I'm hostile to you, and to all other government thugs. I don't know much about Pompeo personally, but the ranks of government are filled with criminals who are taking our tax money and doing God knows what with it. Things they don't want us to know about, certainly, or they wouldn't whine about a light being shown on their activities.

  3. "Trump Withholds Syria-Sarin Evidence"

"A four-page white paper, prepared by President Trump’s National Security Council staff and released by the White House on Tuesday, claimed that U.S. intelligence has proof that the plane carrying the sarin gas left from the Syrian military airfield that Trump ordered hit by Tomahawk missiles on April 6.

The paper asserted that “we have signals intelligence and geospatial intelligence,” but then added that “we cannot publicly release all available intelligence on this attack due to the need to protect sources and methods.”

  4. I just keep thinking about what they tell us about NSA spying: "If you aren't doing anything wrong, you have nothing to worry about."
