Jeff Bezos on Peter Thiel's $1.25 Million Campaign Donation to Donald Trump

When it was revealed that Peter Thiel, at this late stage in the game, was donating $1.25 million to the Trump campaign, I viewed it as a shrewd, long shot move:
It is a shrewd move by the cagey billionaire. Trump doesn't have a lot of friends right now and his odds of winning are shrinking fast but in the event Trump does win, he will remember that Thiel stepped up to the plate for him in his darkest hour.
Given the balance in Thiel's checking account, the $1.25 million is nothing relative to the payoff if Trump somehow does pulloff an upset win.
Amazon founder Jeff Bezos seems to view the move the same way.

During a wide-ranging interview at the Vanity Fair New Establishment Summit in San Francisco, Bezos said about the Thiel donation:
Peter Thiel is a contrarian. You have to remember that contrarians are usually wrong.
On the rare occasions they are right, they usually win big.

  1. Bezos is most likely supporting Killery. I don't know if he has actually endorsed her, but his hack newspaper The Washington Compost has, thereby proving by inference that Bezos is a Corruptocrat Oligarch.

So Wenzel, are you dancing the happy dance now that your bete noir, Trump, is getting clobbered by the entire spectrum of our rotten to the core establishment? After a few years of rule by the Clinton Criminal Conspiracy there won't be enough left of this Republic to write an epitaph about. Congratulations on doing your part to make San Francisco the political model for the rest of the country. I'm sure that's gonna work out just fine!

And as a bonus for you illegal alien huggers all 15 million of them will get fast track citizenship and vote to Californicate the entire country. But hey, as long as the Frisco elites get cheap domestic help and an army of drone voters at there disposal that's really all that matters, right?

    Hip, Hip, Hoorah for establishment!
