Libertarian-leaning Judge Napolitano did not make the list. It's not as though Trump does not know who he is. The judge lives in the Trump Tower.
Here are the names Trump added to the list:
Keith Blackwell is a justice of the Supreme Court of Georgia. He was appointed to the position in 2012.
Charles Canady is a justice of the Supreme Court of Florida. He has served in that role since 2008, and he served as the court's chief justice from 2010 to 2012.
Neil Gorsuch is a judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He was appointed to the position in 2006.
Mike Lee is the Junior U.S. Senator from Utah and currently serves on the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Edward Mansfield is a justice of the Iowa Supreme Court. He was appointed to the court in 2011 and retained by voters in 2012.

Yikes. You need a judge with a zero progressive quotient. A natural rights austro-liberarian. But it won't happen.
ReplyDeleteWould you say that US Senator Mike Lee qualifies or fails to qualify?
DeleteDon't know much about him but I doubt it. What do you think?
DeleteI believe that Mike Lee has a deep conviction that government is way too big. That is good enough for me. As for Donald Trump including him on the list I think that Trump is playing both sides and that it is unlikely that the small government crowd is going to be happy with the results should he be elected.
