Cass Sunstein, who seemingly wants to manage all thinking, is glad Donald Trump wants more aggressive libel laws. He writes:
Trump isn’t wrong to question current law.... it might well make sense to “open up” the law of libel... it remains legitimate for Trump to suggest that without violating anyone’s freedom, states should be allowed to do more to protect people’s reputations.-RW
