Margaret Thatcher’s Former Home On The Market For £30 Million

Billionaire.com reports:
The regal home of Margaret Thatcher, where she lived for more than two decades [after she left power], is for sale. The first and only female UK prime minister lived in the white stucco-fronted building from 1991 up until she suffered from a fatal stroke at age 87, three years ago.
Located in the capital’s prestigious enclave of Chester Square, Belgravia, the Grade-II listed townhouse comes on the market with a £30 million price tag, through estate agent Savills.
The townhouse includes a bomb-proof front door lined with steel and original security glass on all windows facing the square.

Before being elected as a Member of Parliament in 1959, she was a research chemist and then a barritser. She did marry well, though, He husband, Denis Thatcher, was a millionaire before she met him.

She was Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from May 1979 to November 1990.
