Tony Fratto, former White House deputy press secretary in the George W. Bush administration, said this morning that Republican front-runner Donald Trump is "fundamentally unstable"
"Anybody who says they think they know what he's going to be [like as president], they don't know what they are talking about because he will change what he's going to be," Fratto told CNBC's "Squawk Box."
Very true, Tony, but "read my lips" you never know what you are going to get from any of the lying psychpaths that become president.
