Socialist Seattle city council member Kshama Sawant wants an environmentalist to run Seattle City Light.
"What I am looking for in terms of leadership at Seattle City Light is to, one, have a track record on the environment and climate change," Sawant told KIRO Radio's Jason Rantz. "I would like it, and I think a lot of people in the city, would like it to become a next-generation of a technology utility."
Maybe if they get just the right person, they could end up with rolling blackouts that would result in less functional time for this city of crazy lefties.
Perhaps someone who is also a member in good standing of the Socialists Workers Party, as well?
