Rand is what?

A libertarian friend, who is a keen observer of Rand Paul's campaign, emails with regard to this post, Trump vs. Rand on Tanking:

Sorry to bother you but I couldn't resist asking: 
Regarding this statement:
“Our campaign is in for the long haul and Senator Paul's message of limited government and individual liberty will continue to resonate with primary voters,” Gor said in a statement.
Since when can Rand's message be summed up as a message of limited government and individual liberty?

    Rand's had a bad week, which means he'll probably be taking another trip to Haiti to promote himself performing eye surgeries during his spare time. He's mostly out of gimmicks at this point, so he has to use the same material. Perhaps another filibuster is in his future.
