A participant has emailed to put this on the agenda:
I’d like to throw a discussion topic into the mix as follows:
If one were able to ask Bill Kristol any questions face to face over dinner (in polite company), the answers to which would expose the underlying problems with the neoconservative philosophy, what would they be?
I’m curious because my folks have been big supporters of Kristol and are heading out on the annual Weekly Standard cruise next week and may actually have said opportunity.
I’d like to plant a few bugs in their ear to see what comes of it. Not that the questions and Kristol’s answers would actually alter their thinking, they may genuinely agree with him, but thought it would be fun none the less.
If any readers have any good question ideas, please leave them in the comments.
