Note: Earlier I reported that Rand's Super PAC raised only $3.1 million.
That was from Rand's "officially" sponsored Super PAC, led by fundraising genius Jesse Benton. Maddow uses a $5 million number,which is still not very good, as Maddow makes clear, but it include aprox. $2 million raised by a renegade Rand Paul PAC that is not affiliated with the Benton "official" PAC.
