The older California Governor Jerry Brown gets the more Mussolini like he gets.
Brown signed a mandatory school vaccination bill into law Tuesday, abolishing the “personal belief” exemption that many parents use as a loophole to avoid vaccinating their children.
Now, under California law, which is among the strictest in the country, children would not be able to enroll in public school unless they have been vaccinated against diseases like measles and whooping cough. The law includes an exemption for children who have a medical reason to remain unvaccinated (like an immune system disorder) and can prove it with a doctor’s note. Parents who decline to vaccinate their children for personal or religious reasons will have to home-school them or send them to a public independent study program off school grounds.Daycare students can stay until kindergarten, when they have to be either vaccinated or home-schooled.

The only good that can come of this is that some will realize the folly of putting a child in a state indoctrination center.
ReplyDeleteIf you have ever personally witnessed a child be mentally savaged by the modern vaccine schedule you would never allow a single child to be vaccinated with drugs that are immune from all lawsuits, unless you are truely psychotic.
ReplyDeleteInteresting...
ReplyDeleteI'm sure the State of California regulates how home schooling must be undertaken, so they are still going to try to maintain control.
What if I, as a parent, tell the state (regardless of my true intentions),
"No, I'm not going to home school. Since you are kicking them out of school, I'm just going to keep them home. I'll teach them how I see fit, and you can take your rules and stuff them where the sun don't shine."
What is the state's recourse? Take the kids away, stick'em full of chemicals, and send them to school? That would be interesting to see.
