Beltarian Matt Kibbe, the president of FreedomWorks, is leaving the organization in July to help run a super PAC called Concerned American Voters that backs Rand Paul, reports WSJ.
Concerned American Voters was formed in 2012 with seed money from Young Americans for Liberty.
