HOT Richard Epstein Slams Apple's CEO Tim Cook on Indiana Religious Freedom Act

Although he calls himself libertarian, Epstein doesn't go anywhere near enough to recognize the degree to which the non-aggression principle supports the idea of freedom of association (or non-association) under all circumstances, even non-religious, but he is very good in slamming Cook's tyrannical view.

  1. I keep pointing out to people that forcing someone to serve another person whom they do not wish to serve is INVOLUNTARY SERVITUDE.

The most common response is, "What the fuck are you talking about?"

Doesn't matter if i'm talking to a lefty bashing the cake bakers for refusing to bake a cake for a gay wedding, or a conservative who is arguing that it's not fair that gay bakers shouldn't have to make cakes with anti-gay messages on them also.

If there's one thing that both the left and right can get behind, i was positive that it would be the 13th Amendment abolition of involuntary servitude or slavery. Apparently, especially on the left, if you disagree with them or if they don't like you, then you don't have rights.
