According to the UK's Mirror,  Swiss newspapers are reporting tha Alina Kabaeva, long rumoured as Putin's girlfriend, had a baby girl in an Alpine clinic favoured by VIPs.

A spokesman for Vladimir Putin  has denied rumors swirling a that a baby had been born to the Russian leader.

"Information that a child has been born to Vladimir Putin is not true," Dmitry Peskov told Forbes Russia.

"I am planning to appeal to people who have money to organise a competition for the best journalistic hoax," he added.
