Bitcoin entrepreneur Charlie Shrem was given a two-year prison sentence for aiding and abetting an unlicensed money transmitting business.
Something that would never even been considered illegal in a libertarian society,
Shrem is looking at it from the positive side.
I've been sentenced to 2 years, to self surrender in 90 days. Considering I was facing 30 years, justice has been served. #Bitcoin

With an attitude like that he'll be just fine, but guys, please remember, Bitcoin is not the answer to replacing government fiat money. It is a very trackable currency and the consequences are severe for those attempting to go around oppressive government money exchange laws.-RW
