What the Hell is Ebay Founder Omidyar Doing Funding "Regime Change" Candidates in Ukraine?

He was a co-funder of the State Department's coup in Ukraine earlier this year. I know about the war going on between Pando and First Look and can factor that in to the above piece, but as they say facts is facts and I wonder what the hell he is doing funding regime-change operations overseas...
