I keep "Cop recorder" app on my Android phone and it automatically uploads any recording you make to the cloud, but here's a more comprehensive list:http://www.copblock.org/apps/

Can you believe the arrogant response from Lt. Matt Murray on behalf of Denver PD? In light of the commentator's preface that the PD had not seen the video yet (actually refused to review it), this behavior is totally irresponsible!
I actually picked up a tiny bit of sarcasm in his demeanor....I think his insincerity comes through, he's not even good at hiding it.
