A 75-year-old man from Beit Shean died Monday morning from cardiac arrest, about 2 hours after receiving the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine, reports The Israel Nation News.
"The initial examination does not show a link between the unfortunate incident and the vaccination." the Director General of the Israeli Ministry of Health, Prof. Hezi Levy, said, "The vaccination campaign continues."
Officials in the Swiss Canton of Lucerne said this morning that one of the first people in the country to receive the vaccine has died.
"We are aware of the case," a canton spokesperson said, before adding that the death had been referred to Swiss drugs regulator Swissmedic. Swissmedic didn't comment further. No further details are public at this time.

DeleteThe deaths won't be attributed to the vaccine (maybe rightfully so) but they would have been attributed to Covid had they tested positive.
