Their typical tactic is to claim success for Socialism. The grim facts about the fiscal situation all (as far as I am aware) Socialist regimes are in barely sinks in. The fact that history has shown their system consolidates power to the few rather than gives “power to the people” is inconsequential.
They are ignorant that they are perpetuating the inequality by giving the cronies what they need: centralized power. They are ignorant that the current overspend, create money from nothing system is on its last legs.
