Minneapolis National Guard Shooting Rubber Bullets at People On Their Own Porches

This is sick, what do these people have to do with the rioting?

They are on their own front porch!
This is the typical evil authoritarian blunt instrument approach that government uses all the time except  it is more obvious here.
