It Is Time for President Trump to Pardon Roger Stone

Well, she did it.

Establishment controlled U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson on Thursday denied Roger Stone's request for a new trial.

Stone's lawyers argued for a new trial based on recently available evidence that the forewoman in Stone's trial lied on her juror questionnaire about her impartiality.

In a series of Facebook and Twitter posts she made from 2016 to the months before the trial, she linked to articles critical of Trump. In one of them, she cheered Stone's arrest.

But the  judge ruled "The defendant has not shown that the juror lied." 

This is laughable since Stone was convicted of lying to Congress that required a bigger stretch of what lying is then what the forewoman stated on her juror questionnaire.

So the judge gives Stone 3 years and 4 months in prison and lets the juror go free and denies Stone a retrial.

That's the way things roll in D.C, it is really not about if you lie but whose side you are on.

Of course, this ruling from Jackson should come as no surprise. Stone never had a chance in court. She ruled against him during the trial time after time. He would have been treated with more respect at a Stalin show trial.

Here is a bit of Judge Jackson history.

She is an Obama appointee and liberal activist Judge who dismissed the wrongful death lawsuit against Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, as well as dismissing the suit by the Catholic Church challenging Obamacare’s requirement that employers provide free coverage for contraception and abortion. Jackson’s decision was overturned by the US Supreme Court. 

The overall jury was also a piece of work.

While one juror (a Beto O’Rourke contributor) told the Washington Post that the jury was “diverse in age, gender, race, ethnicity, income, education and occupation,” his claim is misleading to say the least.

The jury included no Republicans, no military veterans, no Roman Catholics and no Black men, but did include a former Democratic candidate for Congress, two lawyers who worked in Democratic Administrations, three jurors with ties to the FBI, three jurors with ties to the Department of Justice and two jurors with ties to the CIA as well as an Obama appointee to the position of Communications Director of a Federal Department. 

In short, this was a railroad job by the Washington D.C. establishment because Stone is close to Trump, a friend over decades.

Let it not be forgotten by libertarians that Stone is a fierce enemy of the establishment.

And it is probably not an accident that establishment tool Jackson delivered her ruling against Stone only 48 hours after he warned about establishment vaccine obsessed Bill Gates.

“[Gates] and other globalists are using [the COVID-19 panic] for [promotion of] mandatory vaccinations and microchipping of people  so we know if they’ve been tested. Over my dead body. Mandatory vaccinations? No way, Jose!” Stone told Joe Piscopo, host of the radio program “The Answer” on 970 AM.

And now, Stone may have only 14 more days of freedom.

Donald Trump and libertarians owe Roger. He is a front line fighter against the establishment.
