Council on Foreign Relations Man, Joe Biden, For the Win
Just a reminder that in March 2018, when I visited the headquarters in New York City of the Council on Foreign Relations, I found it odd that at the main entrance there was a framed picture of Joe Biden.

So I am guessing the CFR gang is happy with how Super Tuesday worked out.
