Alex Jones Issues Statement On DWI Arrest

Was Alex Jones set up?

 His claim appears sound.

 But I think he realizes that he should not have said anything to the coppers.

    "I have no statement to make at this time."
    That's all cops should ever hear out of anyone's mouth. It's just that simple.

    DUI or DWI charges can be made regardless of BAC. The statutory BAC level is to simply to make it unnecessary to prove a person is driving badly when the level is exceeded.
