Seeing how USA is on the course to replace the USSR as the communist utopia, it's time to learn more Russian... today it is the Russian pejorative monkier for San Francisco: Срань-Франциско - "Sran' Francisco" (n' is soft n as in new, and a reads as ah). The literal meaning is "Shit Francisco". I've heard in first in late 90s, BTW.
