VIDEO Merkel Uncontrollably Shakes While Meeting Ukrainian President

German Chancellor Angela Merkel was spotted visibly shaking when she met Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.  She later said she recovered from the sickly condition after drinking water.
