UPDATE Below from Jacob Hornberger
As a follow-up to my post, Rep. Justin Amash Considers "Libertarian Challenge" to Trump, David Brown emails me to inform that Jacob Hornberger, founder and president of the Future of Freedom Foundation, is seeking the Libertarian Party presidential nomination.
Hornberger would be a much-preferred candidate to Amash. I have little doubt that Hornberger would run a hardcore libertarian campaign.

I am only contemplating the possibility of seeking the LP presidential nomination. I won't make a decision on whether to run or not until sometime next year.
While I respect Bumper Hornberger, he did a tremendous amount of damage to the Libertarian Party the last time he ran. A lot of my friends were caught up in repeating the accusations against Browne -- many of which were patently ridiculous. I hope Hornberger doesn't run.
