If this report that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry intend to raise their child as “gender fluid” is correct, it’s about the craziest thing I’ve ever heard of. It buys into the inane theory that gender is a “role” that we choose. We are either male or female or something else (like homosexual), and the something else is not a dominant category. It surely isn’t something we should take as a model for ordinary male and female children, not without causing great psychological problems for the children.

Even if it gender were a “role”, a child hasn’t the maturity to choose such a “role”. Children see male/female differences and inquire about them. What immense confusion will arise from gender-fluid answers? There’s a very real issue here: Who is going to protect the child from the harm caused by such madness of parents?

American Meghan Markle is proving just as corrosive as the last American to marry into the British Royal family, Wallis Simpson.

Wallis Simpson single handily almost ended the monarchy in the 1930s; let’s see if Meghan Markle can finish the job

Kensington Palace denies (via Daily Mail):

Kensington Palace has said reports that the Duchess of Sussex wants to raise her child gender fluid are “totally false”.

Vanity Fair claimed that Meghan had told “friends” she wants her baby to be raised in a gender-neutral way.

The magazine quoted a “source” as saying: “Meghan has been talking to some of her friends about the birth and how she and Harry plan to raise their baby. Her exact word was fluid.”

The source added: “She said they plan to raise their child with a fluid approach to gender and they won’t be imposing any stereotypes.”

The magazine’s report notes that there are “multiple possible interpretations” of what that could mean.

However, a palace spokesman said in a statement: “This story is totally false.”

Okay, this is my last update in the Meghan Markle baby saga.

Guests at the shower held for her in New York City received the below BLUE sweater from Harry and Meghan leading to speculation that the baby is a boy. And that they are acknowledging such!
