Rhamaland: 12-Year-Old Boy Is First Wounded By Gunfire in Chicago in 2019

A 12-year old boy was looking out of a second-floor window in the city's Englewood neighborhood about 12:10 a.m. Tuesday when a bullet struck his left hand.

According to The Chicago Tribune, police say the shooting was Chicago's first of 2019.

In 2018, 542 people were killed in the city where Rahm rules for now.

The city bans its residences from carrying or owning handguns.
