Kim Gehrig |
According to the UK's Daily Mail, Gehrig's past work includes an ode to female genitals and a short film that explores 'toxic masculinity.'
The firm she works for, Somesuch, produced an ad, according to the Daily Mail, "for a feminine hygiene brand Libresse that offered a no-holds-barred look at menstruation - including shots of blood and period sex." She directed the ad and it won the Grand Prix Glass Lion award at Cannes.
According to Somesuch website:
"We make the shit you want to watch."
