  1. I think it's great he revoked their passes. Not like they can do any honest reporting anyway. Maybe media could be forced to register as lobbyist?

    1. "Honest reporting" = "Reporting as the president likes it."

According to Ainsley Earhart, Fox & Friends' bubble-head.(*)

(*) I'm serious, she said that.

  2. It's curious how Sanders points to a video with the closeup of what is clearly an aggressive and surprising move from that woman to grab and take the microphone from Acosta. What he does is use his arm to block her action but clearly the other person places her hand on him first. If you want to argue that he should have surrendered the microphone and avojd a confrontation, you can argue that. Sanders is simply using this as a convenient excuse to block a contentious journalist from asking tough (or obnoxious) questions to the thin-skinned man in the podium.

    1. He is not asking questions, he is making statements.

  3. If any of us EVER did what Acosta OR this intern did to ANY cop or politician, we'd be in the slammer facing assault or battery charges. Instead, why not ask why do we have nearly trillion dollar deficits & unending undeclared wars based on lies?

A lot of this stuff reported & obsessed on daily is just frenzied & hysterical distraction.

    1. hell, you could even end up in prison just talking to a cop or judge the way Acosta was talking to Trump. Freedom of speech, except when it comes to addressing your overlords.

  4. Why does Trump even bother with the presstitutes in this day and age? He has access to social media (until they eventually ban him) so he can just release all pertinent information through those accounts and the White House website.

Does anyone else have trouble posting comments here using Firefox mobile? Chrome is the only browser that seems to work for this site on my phone.

  5. I would guess she has been trained to be aggressive in taking the microphone from reporters. That would make sense to me since there is generally limited time at these events and reporters would seldom give up the mic voluntarily. They all live to hear themselves talk too.

  6. Putting my non-partisan hat on... Acosta is in the right here. The woman was aggressive, and initiated force. He was within his right to swat her hand away. I don't particularly like CNN, but Sarah Sanders should be ashamed of herself for trying to say that Acosta was the aggressor in this scenario.

  7. After the Kavanaugh hearings, I now only believe women, even over my lyin' eyes. Ergo, Acosta was in the wrong.

  8. I am waiting for the day when Trump just plugs his ears with his fingers and starts making childish noises to drown out the questions that the reporters keep asking.

  9. Why did Buffy grab for the mic so aggressively? He's twice her age, and she's yanking the mic like he's a little school boy and she's the terse, angry school-teacher. Is it her mic? Isn't it "public property," for all the reporters to use? She should've just held out her hand as an indication that he should turn it over, instead of, essentially, committing a battery upon his person by laying hands upon an object he was holding and trying to grab it from him. Or better yet, why didn't sound technicians simply cut the sound to the mic?
She will make a great concentration-camp guard one day ("Jawohl mein Commandant! I will shoot anything that moves!")

    1. LOL. So now you're equating taking a microphone to being a Nazi SS guard? It's almost hard to believe that no one takes libertarians seriously with this kind of infallible logic.

── Why did Buffy grab for the mic so aggressively? ──

You can see DJT giving her the signal with his reverse-raccoon eyes, at which moment she goes for the kill like a leopard.
