Jack Posobiec, a "former" Naval intelligence officer, is reporting that Julian Assange will not be indicted over the publication of the hacked/stolen Democratic National Committee emails.
Instead, the Department of Justice is going in another direction with an Assange indictment.
According to Posobiec, the DOJ indictment focuses on the posting of the Chelsea (formerly Bradley) Manning leaked Iraq War material, and the posting of State Department cables.
Posobiec also indicates that those who expect Monday Robert Mueller indictments are "off by two days."

To be clear: The Assange indictment is coming from Eastern District of VA not Special Counsel Mueller— Jack Posobiec 🇺🇸 (@JackPosobiec) November 23, 2018
But that doesn’t mean Mueller isn’t involved
