Is There a War of the Sexes Going On in America?

UPDATE below|"Men are trash"

By Robert Wenzel

After Bill Cosby was sentenced to prison on Tuesday, his publicist, Andrew Wyatt, said his client’s defeat was part of a “sex war."

Is Wyatt correct here?

I would argue there is a war but it is a much grander war against liberty, then just a sex war.

The sex war is just one front in the war.

Those on the offensive in the war are a bunch of lefties, mostly useful idiots, steered by those steeped in either Frankfurt School thinking, Critical Theory, Post Modernism, etc.

Their goal is to destroy freedom and create a centrally planned society. And to use any means necessary to get there. Reason and truth be damned. Vox Day is correct when he says social justice warriors always lie.

Nobel Prize winner F.A. Hayek understood this also. In  The Road to Serfdom in 1944, he wrote:
The principle that the end justifies the means is in individualist ethics regarded as the denial of all morals. In collectivist ethics it becomes necessarily the supreme rule; there is literallly nothing which the consistent collectivist must not be prepared to do if it serves "the good of the whole", because the"good of the whole" is to him the only criterion of what ought to be done. The raison d'etat, in which collectivist ethics has found its most explicit formulation, knows no other limit than that set by expediency-the suitability of the particular act for the end in view.
In the present environment, it is often about triggering and stirring up the masses to rip everything down that is a part of our current functioning civilized society.

And I do mean everything. How else to explain the absurd attack on straws? (SEE: The Idiotic Thinking Behind the Elimination of Plastic Straws By Starbucks). The attack is on everything that in any way can be linked to the society that has brought us such a spectacular standard of living.

As the Frankfurt School theorized, the advance of a communist society as forecast by Marx failed because the workers got fat and happy and there was no reason for them to join a revolution and thus the Frankfurt thinkers promoted the idea that an attack against culture (later to include animal rights and environmental "concerns") must be launched to bring about Marxism. In other words, it is a take no prisoners multi-front attack to rip apart capitalist culture and society.

It is within the context of this greater war that the sex war has been launched. And so Wyatt is correct, there is a sex war but this doesn't mean Cosby is innocent.

I didn't pay close attention to his trial so I have no idea if there was solid evidence against Cosby or whether he was convicted based on the hysteria stirred up by the lefties.

That said, the way the lefties play the game, they have distorted the Cosby case and the Harvey Weinstein case to imply that all men are deviant predators. This is at the core of the #meto movement.

It is not a call for deviants to be prosecuted but an attempt to paint all men as deviants. Notice a question put to President Trump at his New York City press conference on Wednesday afternoon: "What is your message to young men [because of the allegations made against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh]?"

Say what?

As if young men need a special lesson on not attacking women that is somehow different from the general message that all men should receive about acting civilized and respecting women. not robbing banks, lying, cheating, etc.

Should a special point be over-emphasized with young women about not lying about a rape that didn't occur just because there have been cases of women lying about a rape? Should men paint a picture of all women being lying opportunists that will drop a rape charge on a man at a moment's notice?

And then we have the spectacle of the useful idiots chanting in support of those making rape claims. "women must be believed." What happened to due process? To innocent until proven guilty?

As Alan Dershowitz asked,  "Are women born with a special gene for telling the truth?"

And so we are back to Hayek and Vox Day who warned that truth and logic are not limitations when lefties are on the attack. This is about gaining power.

Which brings me to the current attack on Kavanaugh. Both sides are for the most part playing a power game. We are talking about events that allegedly occurred more than 35 years ago.

With the evidence that has been presented to date, who can really determine what occurred back then? But the lefties will shout that the women must be believed. While conservatives, who want power just as bad as lefties, will make the equally absurd claim that Kavanaugh is beyond a shadow of a doubt innocent.

There are few saying the obvious, that the alleged attacks occurred more than 35 years ago and that thus putting together what happened is pretty much impossible.

This is one of the primary reasons for statute of limitations going back to common law:

From Halsbury's Laws of England:
The purpose and effect of statutes of limitations are to protect defendants. There are three reasons for their enactment:
  • A plaintiff with a valid cause of action should pursue it with reasonable diligence.
  • By the time a stale claim is litigated, a defendant might have lost evidence necessary to disprove the claim.
  • Litigation of a long-dormant claim may result in more cruelty than justice.
I have stated before that I don't care what happens to Kavanaugh. He is not against big government.

The only problem is that Trump would likely replace Kavanaugh with another tool of big government.

Thus, the only role for the libertarian here is to remind others of the reality of the current situation and how it is part of a much bigger war that if the lefties win, with their central panning ways. would lead to oppression, suffering and deaths just as it has always done before.

The only long-term solution is to get as close to the  #PPS as we can.

UPDATE

From outside the Kavanaugh hearing. via Politico:
Outside the Dirsken Senate Office building on Thursday morning, Cameron Mixon, a 22-year-old Georgetown Law School student was sporting a tee-shirt with the slogan: “Men Are Trash.”
“I love your shirt!” one woman told Mixon. “It’s amazing,” another agreed. By 9:30 a.m., Mixon said, about 20 people had asked to take photos next to her.
I rest my case.

  2. I like to remind those women who lecture me about "the patriarchy" and the deviancy of men that they have fathers, brothers, sons, husbands, and boyfriends. If they admit that these men are exceptions, then I point out that we've now moved past the "all men" point. And I also like to remind them that, if they call for employment or other discrimination against such males, they are hurting their loved ones.

  3. Think about how violent the American state is. Think about the endless violence that Americans explain away just so they can have a shot at bossing their neighbors around. Think about the sort of people who would do such a thing. Then imagine those people trying to engage in romance.

The men and women of this country deserve each other and what's coming.

    1. Let them live by the propaganda and die by the propaganda they adhere to. When they become the victims they are setting themselves up to be and they wonder where the good men are to save their honor the men will recall the me too world and remain silent ... and rightfully so!
